This is a 90-minute structured class that focuses on the development of Olympic Lifting skills and technique, specifically in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. These two competitive lifts test explosive strength, coordination and speed.
This class is sure to build physical & mental strength which may be effective for competition, every day sports, and overall fitness.
This class is sure to increase your overall fitness. It incorporates barbell cycling, variations of body weight movements, kettlebell & dumbbell training, medicine ball routines, variations of jumping both ropes & plyo boxes, along with rowing, cycling, and running at an overall high intensity level.
This class is extremely motivating and is sure to leave you feeling accomplished. All fitness levels welcome!
